Can we follow up on the writer for the layout? It will be Geo who will design the Ebook as per MD.

I had a face to face meeting with Mike Go and Dr. Borlongan. I clarified the scope of work and the people involved in writing the book drafts. 

Book One is written by Mike. Book Two and Three by another author and the last one by another author. 

With all this, it is best that the notice to proceed by amended and awarded to Dr. Borlongan that way we don’t have to award five project costs. 

Scope of work:
1. Drafting of book content
2. Proof reading
3. Editing after comments are

Timeline:
1. Committed timeline is draft one by end of June > for our review. 

2. Documentation officer processing on visa lodging to be added to draft two. Due by end of July. 

3. Final content to layout to be done by August 15.

Yes as there are multiple writers to complete the book. Mike is just one writer so it wouldn’t make sense that has the full contract. 

Ariane is the person who can manage all the writers together so it would be a safer choice.

Next topic is figuring out what to write for the visa lodging portion. Can we assign one to two documentation officers to compile the content for Erick’s script for the supposed videos?
