As an ADMINISTRATOR, I want to be able to add user account, set temporary passwords and configure roles so that users can gain access to Gwc-WMS

Steps
  • ✔ Admin should be able to configure users for special functions for his/her role.
  • ✔ Access credentials (temporary password) should be sent to email to ensure that email address is valid and active.
  • ✔ User should be required to change password when they logged in for the first time.
