USER STORIES
(1) As an APPLICANT (EMPLOYEE), when I received my user access credentials and successfully logged-in to GWC-WMS, I want to be able to be presented that I am qualified of the loan with the loanable amount, so that I can apply to a salary advance loan. 

(2) As an APPLICANT (EMPLOYEE) and AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE, when applicant proceeds with the salary loan advance application, I want to be able receive email of the document (Authority to Deduct) for signature, so that I will have access to the document, print and sign.

(3) As an SYSTEM SCRIPT, when applicant proceeds with the salary loan advance application, I want to be able to send system notification to AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE, so that AR is aware of an ongoing application.
Steps
  • ✔ (US#1.1) Employee (Loan Applicant) should be able to answer a Loan Readiness Assessment that will compute the RATE.
  • ✔ (US#1.2) System should be able to present to Employee (Loan Applicant) the loan summary.
  • ✔ (US#1.3) Loan Application reference number should be created. (Format: LA-YYYY-nnnnn, where YYYY is the year the application is created, and nnnnn is the sequence number of the loan).
  • ❏ (US#1.4) Video should play to remind applicants of the responsibilities of availed loans.
  • ❏ (US#2.1) System should be able to send printable documents to email (Applicant and Authorized Representative). File should be in PDF with the LA reference number as filename.
  • ✔ (US#3.1) System should send notification to Authorized Representative that an application is created/submitted.
  • ❏ (US#1.5) System should be able to inform applicant that to complete the loan application, they should visit Authorized Representative for the submission of signed document (Authorized Document).
