Basically, everything needed to start a business. They just have their product. 

For operations manual, we can get MCE’s consulting group, they charge 300-400k. 

Yes, do you have an NDA? I’ll have them sign rin. 

Business development is basically all the locations their food truck can pass through. Closing the weekly lease. And getting permits. 

We also need to assign a Project Manager to run it since we are both very busy.
