👋 Sprint Plan Discussion

Hi Team,

Thanks for sending over your proposed sprint plan. Just to make sure we're on the same page, I'm referring to this link.

May I confirm the following things?
  1. This sprint plan is good for 5 days right?
  2. And with every sprint plan, it is splitting Captivate working hours and GwC hours so it's like a 2.5 days or 24 hours per week thing?
If I am correct to assume the ones above, I would to ask the following please:
  1. For sprint 2 - isn't there a reusable set of code from all of our previous projects? That way we can merge sprint 2 and 3?
  2. For sprint 5 - isn't there a valid codeigniter library allowing us to not code all of these allowing us to merge this sprint with another sprint?
  3. For sprint 8 - please include integration to zoho sign/ docusign or whatever digital platform we are using
  4. For sprint 10 - the integration to Xendit this has to be merged with another sprint. 
Also I realized I made a GwC SALAD Project three weeks ago, I added you by mistake and I deleted you all. Baka malito lang kayo sa notifications na natanggap ninyo.

Hi Sir Kim,

  • Sprint plan is estimated to 20 hours per week (4 hours per day @ 5 days a week).
  1. For sprint 2 - isn't there a reusable set of code from all of our previous projects? That way we can merge sprint 2 and 3? Yes, codes from other projects will be used and it is also possible to merge 2 and 3.
  2. For sprint 5 - isn't there a valid codeigniter library allowing us to not code all of these allowing us to merge this sprint with another sprint? Sprints #5 and #6 will be merged.
  3. For sprint 8 - please include integration to zoho sign/ docusign or whatever digital platform we are using. - Is it okay if we used the same approach with what we implement with REBAP's Certificate signatories? GWC Approvers (Admin) will have to upload e-signatures to their profiles that would appear to the approved documents.
  4. For sprint 10 - the integration to Xendit this has to be merged with another sprint. This will be merged with Sprint #9
Question: 
  1. Are we using Xendit for the disbursement  of loans?

Re hours: Sprint plan is estimated to 20 hours per week (4 hours per day @ 5 days a week).

If this is too little, you can eat in Captivate hours especially if there is nothing to do. We just have to be to track the overflow, @Michelle.

Am sorry - regarding this, we really have to integrate through the API of DocuSign or Zoho Sign. There are features that will authenticate the user kasi na mas magastos kung tayo ang magbubuild.

To prove that the borrower is the true person signing the document, docusign/zoho sign will issue OTPs to mobile phones, e-mail addresses, etc.

That app will also be the central 'folder' to sign docs.

Re; disbursements, yes, we will build for Xendit disbursement.
