Setup Phase - Deal Setup
This phase will identify the groupings of the products and services with similar sales cycles.
- ❏ Identify the list of products and services being sold
- ❏ Group the products and services according to the similar sales cycles, these are called pipelines. (the requirements needed to sell a certain product) and name each product group
- ❏ Identify the steps undergone per pipeline
- ❏ Move the content from the pipeline from item # 3 to the details and pipelines portal
- ❏ List down the actions done by the sales teams (face to face meetings, e-mails, virtual meetings)
- ❏ Define the required number of actions done by sales teams on a weekly basis > activity goals are leading indicators (number of meetings booked, number of sales calls done)
- ❏ Define the sales quota after defining the activity goals
- ❏ Are there certain backgrounds or key data that will indicate a client’s success? Indicate that by training the AI model through contact scoring.
