Setup Phase - Channel Linking
This phase will map out the sources of communication to unify new leads in one platform. Collate all the information on the implementation guide.
- ❏ Identify the domain where the main website is hosted and install the live chat; link name by using identification codes
- ❏ Develop the live-chat script using a portion of the CLOSER framework and train the CRM chatbot
- ❏ Identify the service/product display pages on the website where clients have received enough information about the product or service and where a web form can be placed
- ❏ Indicate the URLs for the pages to put web forms
- ❏ Identify the custom fields required required by leads, contacts, accounts and deals. These are outside the standard name, contact details, etc.
- ❏ Identify the fields of the webform (the basic details required for new leads inquiring)
- ❏ Identify other lead sources if an API connection is required in adding new leads to the CRM system
