Welcome and foreword
This intranet shall be our way to track with better clarity the connection between what we do on a day-to-day in connection to our long term monthly and quarterly goals.
- On a weekly Wednesday a post-sprint review report is required to be uploaded by each Project Coordinator, prior to individual L10 meetings
- For Product Drop Project Coordinators, report sales and insight decks from launching ads, sending exclusive e-mails and working with resources to push our products and services to our clients.
How to use this intranet?
Message Boards: All kick offs, new projects and announcements will go here.
To-Do List Function: There are major process groups that are tracked.
- Support Reports: Weekly reports on profitability, etc are uploaded here.
- Kick Off Processes: Preparing to deliver the service are all done in the Intranet
- Service Delivery:
- Ensuring that all reports required to track and delivery all services are uploaded here. The report indicates if we are on track or we are blocked and off track.
- Reports are assigned to individual Project Coordinators.
Individual to-do lists for each project and their respective schedules will go to their respective Basecamp project site
Issues Tables: All issues and organizational challenges leading to being blocked are all collated here to be assigned a priority to be close the next week:
1. Opened – the issue has been recently brought up during an L10 meeting
2. Must complete in 7 days – the issue is picked up and must be closed in 7 days
3. In the red – the issue has remained open for more than 7 days
4. Closed – the issue has already been closed
