Setup Phase - Workflows and Automations
This phase will build the automations to follow up clients who have not continued their transactions.
- ❏ After defining the pipelines in the deal setup stage and identifying the individual steps per pipeline it is now essential to identify the communication and steps to move the client from one step to the other.
- ❏ The tech integrator then identities the steps per pipeline and gets the e-mail templates from the Business Analyst and Communications Expert and integrates it on the marketing journey. This was when a client is stuck in a certain phase in the pipeline, the e-mails are automatically encouraging the client to continue the journey.
- ❏ Identify how leads are assigned to teams by configuring territories with their respective teams.
