-  Successfully ran migrations to create new tables in the backend: ivea-leads and dynamic-choices. These tables will store lead information and dynamic options respectively. 
-  Implemented additional functions to efficiently fetch and populate data for the questionnaires in stages 1 and 2 of the quiz.
